Documents can be scanned, drag and drop, email download, TRAX Print Driver and folder based auto filing.
A real-time view of your entire document management system becomes possible via accessible and customisable reporting of your documents including exception reports. Clear visibility on what documents have not yet been added to the system or are at various stages of their process this level of visibility both ensures you control key documents to avoid bottlenecks, late payments and forecast planning to enable your team to focus on other tasks. TRAX allows Windows and username authentication as well and layers of security by assigning users to security groups.
