VSS decide on TRAX integrated with Sage Accounts

The Company was established in 1956 by a group of Veterinary Surgeons, to supply veterinary requisites with a regular van delivery service. The business has grown to its current size with several moves of premises. The VSSCo site at Lisburn contains 2,900 sq. metres (approx 31,000 sq. feet) of warehouse space plus a modern office facility.
The company has a turnover in excess of 30 million (GBP) and employs 42 people. Distribution in Northern Ireland is by company-owned vehicles, while next day delivery, via carrier, is available for Practices throughout Ireland.

With the ever-increasing volume of purchase invoices, supplier delivery dockets and purchase orders, VSS purchased TRAX to integrate into their Sage accounts which allows their accounts department to become paperless, in partnership with Pinnacle the largest Sage Distributor in the UK & Ireland VSS can now view all accounts documents directly through Sage allowing for one seamless system. The process of getting the documents into TRAX too is simple and automatic which means saving time on the filing.
