Golden Glen Catering implement TRAX in Accounts Department for incoming and outgoing documents

Golden Glen Catering commenced trading thirty years ago selling and distributing to the Fish Frying Trade in the greater Belfast area. Over the years we have grown our product range to enable us to grow our business to what it is today: a customer base that now covers the island of Ireland, with the volume increasing, so did the paperwork.
Golden Glen implemented TRAX into the accounts department for both incoming and outgoing documents. Each order now creates a picking document and delivery docket. Once these documents are signed they are scanned and automatically indexed into TRAX giving the accounts department instant access through their Intact accounts system as TRAX is fully integrated into Intact ( their financial system ). On the purchase invoices these are also scanned into TRAX and again are available through Intact.
This has given Golden Glen the ability to concentrate on processing orders and if document s are now requested its a simple search on the PC and can be emailed directly to the client.
