ADM Londis is the parent company for a wide network of stores including Londis Plus Supermarkets, Londis Foodmarkets, Londis Convenience Forecourt Stores. They were having significant administrative issues each week as hundreds of invoices, consisting of both printed EDI files and paper invoices, would require manually posting to all its stores all over the country.
To resolve this time-consuming task, they installed TRAX COOL Module. This allowed them to firstly automatically take the hundreds of EDI files from their accounts system and rebuild them within TRAX. The paper invoices are scanned into TRAX and invoices are then matched together. All files can then be automatically emailed directly to each store eliminating hours of administration work and proving a large cost-saving measure.
